[About Studio Use]

• Setup and cleanup are included in the studio rental time (Please vacate the studio by the end of your reserved time.)
• Please do not enter the studio before your scheduled time. If you enter outside of your scheduled time, you will be charged an additional fee.
• The piano and equipment cannot be moved.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the studio, including on the roads surrounding the building. Please refrain from bringing in open flames or hazardous materials.
• Food and drink inside the studio are limited to beverages in sealed plastic bottles and packaged food (please refrain from drinking alcohol in the hall). Please do not place food or drinks on the piano.
• Please take your trash with you.
• For everyone’s safety, the studio is monitored by security cameras.
• We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the loss or theft of valuables within the studio.
• As a general rule, we do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use our facilities after 10:00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• If any studio equipment is damaged or otherwise compromised due to use for purposes other than its intended use, you will be charged the actual cost of the damage.
• We reserve the right to refuse use of the studio if, based on our own judgment, we determine that any of the following conditions apply.
If you violate this studio’s Terms of Service
If you damage the studio’s reputation or good name
In the event of conduct that undermines the dignity of this studio
In addition, in cases where this studio deems it inappropriate

[About Reservations]

• Please make your reservation only after you have decided on the date and time of your visit. If you make more reservations than necessary with the intention of canceling them, it may cause inconvenience to other guests by preventing them from making reservations. Please note that we may restrict the number of reservations you can make.

• If we determine that it is difficult to operate the studio due to unforeseen circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may cancel your reservation. We cannot provide any compensation in connection with this.

*Studio usage fees are subject to change without notice.

[Cancellation Policy]

We will issue a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of use. We are unable to accommodate cancellations for reservations made after that date.In addition, reservations made more than 25 days ago cannot be canceled.※

[Regarding Cancellation Fees]
Even when a customer requests to cancel a reservation and we issue a refund, we are still required to pay transaction fees to the credit card processor.
Therefore, we sincerely apologize, but in the event of a cancellation due to customer circumstances, we ask that you cover the actual cost of the cancellation fee.

Please note that if you are able to discuss rescheduling your service date during the period eligible for a full refund, we will accommodate your request at no additional charge, so please feel free to let us know.

In addition, if the new date has not yet been determined, you can set a three-month consideration period.

(How to Cancel a Reservation)

Please contact us via the inquiry page below, providing your “name,” “contact information,” and “reservation number.” As a general rule, we will process your cancellation based on the time we receive your cancellation notice.

[About the Piano]

• Please refrain from using any special playing techniques that could damage the piano.
• If you notice any issues, such as a broken wire, please notify the management staff immediately.
• If a broken string occurs due to normal playing or similar causes, we will not charge any repair fees.
• If the cause of the wire breakage is due to the customer’s intentional act or negligence, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs and any other damages.
• Please note that if a disconnection or technical issue occurs during your session, you will be charged the studio fee for the time you used.
• We strictly prohibit customers from touching the piano’s strings or internal components, including during private performances or tuning. If a string is touched—whether intentionally or accidentally—you will, as a general rule, be required to pay the cost of replacing that string.
• If a string breaks on the piano you have reserved and repairs cannot be completed by your reserved date and time, we will contact you promptly. There may be a period during which the piano is unavailable for use. Please understand that we cannot compensate you for any damages incurred as a result.
• We have the piano tuned regularly, but if you’d like it tuned before your visit, depending on the timing, we may be able to arrange for a tuner to come in advance. There is a fee for this service, but please feel free to contact us to discuss your options.

[About Personal Information]

• We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than administrative tasks such as reservations and cancellations, notifications regarding our services, internal marketing activities aimed at improving our services, and other studio rental operations and related business activities.
• We will not use personal information for any purpose other than those stated above, nor will we disclose personal information to third parties, without the individual’s consent.
